This 1-hour class will include the use of small hand weights (completely optional) to isolate and target various muscle groups to increase strength. Of course, class will conclude with juicy and sweet stretching and savasana.

 Jaclyn's teaching style can range from fitness based, funky and fun to breath based, slow and mindful. Through much exploration as a practitioner herself, she hopes to guide students to express their most precious and personal movement from the inside, out.
